I have had multiple vehicles undergo bodywork at Fairfield body shop and have always been quite pleased with their work!

I am beyond frustrated with Fairfield Auto in Williamsport. They completely destroyed the wiring system in my car and claimed that their "check boy" would always let their customers know if something was wrong. Also, if Jim did not have an explanation for something, he would tell you that he was off work that day so he did not know any answers. Seriously? Wow! Moreover, the lady in the front (not Rochel) was completely out of line. As I was patiently waiting for my vehicle, she picks up the phone and starts telling the auto guy that I wanted to know what is taking so long. So, I hollered that I can wait. Why did this lady just pick up the phone to do that? Because she said that she had somewhere to be in 30 minutes! Talk about great service! It was complete BS. There was more damage this place has done but I am not going to get into it because they will hear from me again. Please save yourself the time and stress. Trust me. This place is shady and will be investigated.
