I came into your business today trying to register a motorcycle an was very unhappy with the customer service. I talked to an older female at the front desk who talked in a tone which not only came off as aggressive but insulting. I stated I was not from the area and was just “gifted” my uncles motorcycle. I was pretty sure I had the required paper work. She said ok let me see. She then replied, “you can’t gift it if you bought it” I said I understand, I didn’t buy it, it was a gift from my uncle. Does that make sense? She said no and a bystander said it made sense to him. She then pointed out that there was A lien on the title. I asked if we could do the transfer with the registration that he signed over to me(knowning he bought the bike in full in 05’ and probably never got the lien release sent or lost it) she proceeded to get aggressive/Demoralizing in tone saying again THERES A LIEN ON THE TITLE(treating me like an idiot, not explaining what proper documentation I needed, or steps I should probably do to obtain the proper documents.) Feeling that I upset her I asked her to calm down an I’d call my uncle to sort things out. She then replied “ excuse me!” Again in a hostile now feeling insulted tone. To which I replied I would go some place else and left. Her customer service, tone of voice, and demeanor lost you business. I understand I don’t know Dmv and proper documentation. But I do know when I’m being talked down to and I will NOT give you my business because of her. This was 5/18/18 around 3:45pm
