I bought a used washer/dryer set from Ken's about 7 years ago.. at the time the original washer I bought didn't work after several days.. they came back as soon as I called and replaced the entire set..because I wanted it to match..with the set I currently have.. no questions.. like I said, it's been 7 years, never had a problem .. the set is finally needing to be replaced.. I will go back to Ken's!

2 Bad Dryers in a week! Really?!?!

My name is Brandon Rhodes from Anderson. On the 31st of May I had a dryer go out and found Kens sold used appliances so I drove to be Williamson from portman marina and purchased a preowned dryer. The dryer lasted me 1 Day. I was waiting in his parking lot Monday morning the 2nd of June for him to open. I told him that it worked for the first load and then the heat went out. After he checked it himself agreed that it was bad. He then said he would give me another dryer to replace the bad one as we walked around he walked up to an older dryer than I had just got and tried to give me that one. After saying I wasn't happy with that idea he offered me one slightly newer. Well guess what...that was Monday and its now Sunday night and this one is no longer heating either. That is two dryers that I have got from him within a week that both won't heat after The first load runs thru. After some research I believe he may be switching the fuse out that protects the dryer from overheating. Not sure but will know by tomorrow. Now what....I'm suppose to unhook the 2nd dryer full of wet clothes and load it up and drive to Williamson again to get a third one!? I mean this is a huge inconvenience and I understand that I purchased a used dryer but this is a Used Appliance dealer I purchased from not just Billy Bob selling his junk on Craigslist. Its not my vent hose or my breaker or anything it a the Faulty dryers he is selling me. Really sucks! Just don't wanna see someone else get burned by this guy. Do I just get this one fixed or go trade on for a third dryer that I bet money would do the same thing!?!?
