My husband rang bell for customer service at the perfume counter, waited while 2 employees stood less than 15 ft from him and chatted, they looked and continued their conversation. Bell was rang a second time, he waited. these snobby women looked at him and based an opinion so did not assist him. I have 3 elderly clients that I have to pick meds up for, I will NEVER step foot in Walgreens/Rite Aid again, so my clients can pick up their own meds(doubtful) or change where their meds go. These women do not need to work in public, they should be hid in the stockroom.
