Since its inception in 1982, Burr and McCallum has brought a high standard of design to a wide variety of architecture commissions. Reflecting sensitivity toward client goals as well as technology, art, and history, the firm's work has been recognized internationally through publications, exhibitions, and awards. Strong design abilities, close collaboration with our clients, and careful construction supervision ensure a true realization of the original design concept for each project. Burr and McCallum's clients range from individuals to colleges, museums, towns, and commercial enterprises. Franklin Andrus Burr, FAIA, received his Bachelor of Arts at Williams College and his Masters in Architecture from the Yale School of Architecture ( 1970 ). He has worked for Kohn, Pedersen, Fox in New York and Neil Wright in Ketchum, Idaho, as well as in partnership with Peter Rose in Montreal and with James Volney Righter in New Haven. He has taught architectural design at Yale University, Smith College, and Williams College. Andy is a registered architect in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Vermont, and is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects. Ann Kidston McCallum, FAIA, received her Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and her Masters in Architecture from Yale School of Architecture ( 1980 ). She has worked in the offices of Milanesi/Giraldi Architects in Italy and for Rafael Vi oly Architects in New York. She currently teaches architectural design at Williams College. Ann is a registered architect in Massachusetts and New York and is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects.
