On Friday, April 6, I was referred to Frank Rosselsl of All County Appliance Repair by my neighbor. I own a Kirby vacuum cleaner, and I needed to have a belt put back on to allow the brush to turn. Mr. Rosselsl said I not only needed a new belt, but I needed to have the entire machinery rebuilt. I told him that I didn't need anything rebuilt, just the belt put back on. Then he offered to swap my vacuum cleaner for a similar one that he had back at his shop . He said I could pay him $50 and he would do the swap. I agreed. So he took my vacuum cleaner and said he would return in a half hour with the working vacuum cleaner from his shop. He called me 1/2 hour later and said I could come and pick up MY vacuum cleaner and that I owed him $200 because he had repaired it. I asked him about our original agreement which he ignored and insisted that I owed him $200. I NEVER AUTHORIZED HIM TO DO ANY REPAIRS ON MY VACUUM CLEANER!!! I went to his shop to get my vacuum cleaner, but he wasn't there. He called me the next morning to tell me again that I could pick up my vacuum cleaner if I paid him $200. My wife and I went to his shop around 2pm. Mr. Rosselsl had called the police. While the officer talked to my wife, we went inside the shop. We discussed the situation, but he refused to admit that we had made an agreement the previous day. The officer came in and told us he could not do anything about the situation and that would have to settle the matter in court. Mr. Rosselsl NEVER showed the officer any paperwork as evidence that I authorized any repairs or an invoice showing the repairs done with a bill. Basically, Mr. Rosselsl tried to scam me out of $200. I intend to file charges against him and All County Appliance Repair for theft by deception and fraud. I also intend to contact the media to tell them my story and alert other consumers about this SCAM ARTIST. HE IS THE WORST!!!

I only wanted my cord fixed on my G5, Frank came out to my place on Friday since he said he would be in the area. I missed the appointment but my Dad was there. Frank wanted to do a sales pitch...but I already have a Kirby, I don't need a new one. Frank took my vacuum, I called and he understood what I wanted, told me it'd be ready by Tuesday and if it would be okay if I picked it up. I agreed. Went there the following Friday, (day after Thanksgiving) Nobody was there. I called and left several messages. He called and said, they received the wrong cord, they re-ordered and told me I should have called the day before. (mind you... it was suppose to be ready Tuesday). He said it should be ready by the following Tuesday. I called that day.. no answer. I called again Wednesday trying to appeal to his professionalism.. no answer. Finally, Thursday he called and said the cord arrived and my vacuum cleaner would be ready the next day. Charging $49 for cord and $49 to install (robbery). When I went to the shop I told him that his customer service was terrible.. he didn't call to say, he couldn't deliver on the promised date twice. He had no respect for the customer. This man was so rude. Never apologized.. just excuses.. I don't think he knows what good service is... unless he's selling a cleaner. Really,. if I get this kind of treatment trying to get a repair.. what kind of treatment would I get if I purchased one from him. I do not recommend this place of business and as Frank is the owner.. I do not recommend him either. Very frustrated with this terrible experience.. and the pricing was ridiculous but I just wanted to get my machine and get out of there so I paid it.
