Provided by YPmobileThis place is amazing...it is a little pricey but the food is awesome. You have to be PATIENT for your food because it is made to order..its fresh when it comes to you! We usually have Trish and all the other waitresses during holiday parties and they keep the flow very well with appetizers to desserts. The Crab Balls and Seafood Bisque are out of this world. We just about had everything on the menu because we are frequent customers. If you are patient you will have a good experience..if something is not right with your food..tell them..but as often as we go..we never had an issue! Munga

Provided by YP.comAn extreme disappointment. Been there twice, the last time in early 2009 and enjoyed it. However this time almost totally sucked.
First of all the service sucked. Never got the complimentary pasta appetizer, had to ask another server and a bus staff for drink refills , napkins, etc.. It wasn't that crowded. We waited an inordinate amount of time for our meal. We are okay with that if the service is good and the meal is done correctly.
Since they had no prime rib ("wasn't delivered along with the veal" - are they going out of business?) I ordered the sirlon steak, medium rare. When it came out, over an hour later, it was medium-well done. Did not want to wait another hour, so I ate most of it. When the server made one of her rare appearances, showed her an uneaten piece, at which point, she said she will "show it to Dot". When she came back, she offered Dot's apologies, that Dot was afraid to provide an undercooked serving. I may not have Dot's experience, it seems to me that to provide an undercooked piece of meat is a lot easier and cheaper to correct than an overcooked item.
My salad was mediocre, cole slaw good and eggplant parm, while good, was served lukewarm.
In fairness to them, my wife enjoyed the fried crab balls/shrimp platter and they picked up a round of drinks(wine) as payback for the steak.
Will not go back.
