Stopped for a quick repair (fuel line from the tank was leaking, possible failed O ring), the service guy who came out and looked at it had an attitude that he didn't want to help. Said he could tear the problem apart but he didn't think they had the part and we would have to leave the bike there. His whole demeanor and attitude didn't instill confidence in me to have them work on my bike. Also while we were waiting on the service guy to come take a look, we spoke with another guy waiting. He had stopped there for a tire change, they quoted him an hour and he had been there 2 1/2 hours! When he left we saw it was a sportster, theres no reason that a tire change on a sportster should have taken 2 1/2 hours. Nice place, pretty deserted, not a lot of apparel to choose from. Service sucked.
