I expected an individual whom was professional about his abilities, and not whom just wanted to sell another machine. I spent way more than I should have to have my machine put back into time, and cleaned up. When picked up, I was told that it was a cheap machine that wasnt designed to sew heavier materials that I have for the past two years doing. He was willing to sell me another machine though that would. I told him, that was strange, it was sold and is advertised to do the stuff I was doing.

I got the machine home, and found a small needle had been added, and the adjustments were way out. After a phone call and a trip back, I figured out that I wasnt getting anywhere unless I bought a new machine from him. I brought the unit back home and tried to sew a pair of heavy work jeans, and before the first leg was complete, the machine was back OUT of time again.

This time I found a real technician, whom did not try to sell me another machine, yet fixed it beyond what I could have expected. Best yet, he only charge half what this place did, and had to fix 3 things this place messed up.

I to am in sales, and mechanically inclined, and I would never let my stuff go out the way this did. I will never send anything to this place again. One star is even to good for this place unless you want to buy a machine from him.
