My first time buying a home and they were the most unprofessional group of people I have ever worked with. If you do happen to go through this company, outsource your real estate agent, home inspector and attorney. Having a "team" of professionals in one building only works to their benefit. I found out the hard way and instead of making my first mortgage payment in the usual 60 days after close...they made SURE to make my first payment due in 27; not even 30 days later because I wanted to change my closing date to a more convenient day because I was having surgery. They also called my employer and yelled at my HR Mgr because she would not disclose if I was actually out of work on the day THEY wanted me to close. If you want good service from them, don't ask too many questions and let them take advantage of you, or else...they will screw you in any way they possibly can! My mortgage was due in 27 days!...27 DAYS! They said it was to help me because I didn't have to bring an extra $470 to the table when they had me sitting on overestimated closing costs of $3500.00!! Again, all because I wanted to close on a different date than they wanted me to.
