DO NOT GO HERE FOR PIERCINGS. I had my nipple piercings done at this facility about 8 months ago and they were done so incredibly wrong that I do not know what sort of permanent damage was caused. I was not aware that they were wrong for the first six months because I am not a piercing artist but when it had been so long that they were still bothering me, I went to a couple alternate piercers all of whom took one look at my piercings and immediately told me that they were some of the worst they had ever seen and that I should take them out immediately. I am not from the CT area so it is not easy for me to get to Eminence but I made my way back to talk to the store manager about my failed piercing. When I went in to place my complaint and ask for my money back, or at least some sort of apology/compensation, I was met by the store manager who immediately was on the defensive and handled the situation in the most unprofessional and immature way I have ever experienced with a business professional. She attacked my intelligence and refused to even offer an apology. I will reiterate, DO NOT GO HERE FOR PIERCINGS. I am incredibly disappointed not only in how my piercings were originally done but in how the situation was handled after.
