I was so happy I finally found an eye doctor who actually took the time with me! The staff were so welcoming and the woman in optical was so kind and was willing to answer all my questions- without making me feel like I was wasting her time. I will recommend this office to all my family and friends!

Dr. Schramm was wonderful. I went on my lunch break and they got me right in so that i wasnt late getting back to work. I wish my dentist was that quick!

IHAD A VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH DR SEAN MCKEOWN THIS MAN SUCKS ,HE HAS VERY BAD ACTITUDE VERY DISGUSTING PERSON,HE HAS NO EDUCATION AND RECPECT FIR WOMEN;SPECIALLY IF U BRING BABIES..I HOPE HE GOT FIRED FOR THE GOOD OF THE PLACE.

Excellent service from doctor to optical staff!! 5 star experience for sure! Great selection of eye glasses too!

Terrible company. Dont waste your time there. They works so far a way from customer satisfaction. I will never apply them for any reason again. I am sorry that they are giving service in health sector.

Asked for a second opinion on just a vision screening. Refused to do the second opinion without dilating my eyes because it wouldn't be a "comprehensive eye exam" and that it was a legal issue. I told the receptionist to forget it. Called three other eye doctor offices in the area; all were willing to accept me as a patient for a second opinion without doing eye dilation. This practice puts their billing practices into question. They are most likely billing insurance companies for unnecessary services for some clients. I have already reported them to my insurance company. Tread lightly.

I was very pleased by this small office. My son and I were examined by Dr. Beth Schram. I found her to be very patient and she took the time to explain each part of the exam to my son as he had many questions. She was professional,yet friendly and I would recommend her to anyone.
