I have been bringing my vehicles to Willimantic Autoworks for over 25 years. Five different makes. None were a challenge to them. Service was prompt, Jim provided clear useful information about what was needed, what was done, and what to look for. My only concern is that Jim will retire someday. What will I do then?!

We have been going to the Willi Autoworks for about 13 years now and are totally happy with the service. Jim run an excellent place where he fixes what you need and nothing more. He can explain what needs to be done and what doesn't so you can understand it. It's definitely a diamond in the rough, or at least a diamond in an out of the way corner of town. He's our answer to Click and Clack of Cartalk but without the annoying laugh.JDM, Willimantic
