This establishment is HORRIBLE! My mother is almost 60 years old. She went into the store to have her phone unlocked. The representative coned her into buying a new phone, with a new "more expensive" plan. I live in a completely different state, so I called to assist her. When I called, I was placed on hold, then a representative came to the phone and refused to give his name. He even threatened to hang up on me. The customer service is horrible, and they refuse to let me file a complaint.
