Do NOT waste your money at this place. It might be ok if you are renting a cabin but do NOT go in an RV. There are open wires all over the place and they have 4 RVs to one electric and water outlet. The breaker kept tripping constantly and several people had to move because they were afraid their refrigerators will burn up. They had fans blowing on the electric units because they were getting too hot. The place is a hazard and not safe at all. Plus when you complain to management they refuse to give refunds and basically tell you they don't know what you are talking about. Customer service is ZERO. They honestly do not care how your stay is. Most of the "camp" ground is full of workers who drive out in loud trucks at 5am. Not safe for families. We paid for an entire week and left the day after we arrived and went to the Lake Conroe KOA. $225 down the drain.

Quiet place during the night, but very noisy with all the construction during the day. Nice view of Conroe Lake, but the place needs work. Had a hard time finding a lot with proper electrical outlets, uneven lots, dangerous ditches everywhere. Not a good place for families with small children. Poor customer service, rep is not forthcoming with enough information and details about lots.the staff or owner is not welcoming or friendly.
