Great place at a great price. Laid back place and people. Quiet waterfront living on Lake Conroe yet your only a 5 minute drive to the highway. Less than 10 minutes to Conroe, 30 to The Woodlands, and 45 to the airport in Houston. I highly recommend Presidential Shores.

Whatever you do don't rent from these weirdos. Knocking on tenant doors at all hours, unreliable utilities, personal crap belonging to the landlord's strewn about the property. Too stupid to figure out how to run a business.
