If I told my best friend about...

If I told my best friend about this place I would say RUN!! Especially I would encourage him/her to work anywhere else. Although a basic element of the employer/employee relationship is getting paid for your time at the agreed upon rate per hour, this basic tenant of employment is suspended at Tri County Hospital-Williston and the adjoining family clinic. Employees are frequently given partial paychecks or no paycheck at all. Contractors and suppliers go unpaid until basic supplies are used up and there is no choice but to make a payment to get more supplies. One employee was sent with a debit card to buy syringes at the local co-op so that operations could continue.

The result is a continuously changing set of faces to care for the patients that wander into this hospital and clinic.

If you are thinking of working at Tri County Hospital-Williston or the associated clinic, my advice based on my own experience and subsequently formed opinions would be to consider how long you can go without a paycheck before signing on. If the answer if not very long, perhaps your time would be better spent not getting paid while looking for a regularly paying job.

If you are a contractor considering providing a service to Tri County Hospital-Williston, my advice again based on my own experience and opinion is make sure to get cash in advance for the entire job. Selling supplies?? Cash in advance only.

There appears to be no shame from this administration for running up a bill for supplies and services and then not paying said bill.
