Worst post office. They blame other post offices for losing your mail or the carrier delivering the mail to wrong address. I will NEVER use Williston ND post office ever again. The most ignorant people in that post office. FedEx from now on.

I've had numerous problems with the williston usps. They have lost my mail countless times, they refuse to answer the phone & they never call me back. I have been very pleasant everytime I've had a problem, yet they are very rude and don't know a thing about customer service. I hate this post office. And that's saying a lot coming from me. Please use fed ex or ups if you want your mail to actually arrive.

They keep delivering me the wrong mail. And every time I call to inform them they don't seem to care they back up there mail men. About 5 times in 6 months have they given me the wrong mail. When I go there to let them know that it needs to be fixed there are just plain rude and don't care to resolve the issue at all. Worse customer service ever

Every single time I have called the post office to find out why my packages continue to be directed to the Williston post office when my po box is in Epping! I never get and answer they either pick up the phone and hangup or put it on "nights". Worst customer service ever...
