I recently moved to Williston for a job. When I had to get my inspection sticker, I started looking around. I finally settled on Earthy cars, walked in, and I felt well taken care of. Adam, the man at the front desk is very friendly, and the mechanic knows what hes doing. When I got my inspection sticker, they gave me a printed out list of the things I needed with quotes, everything was reasonably priced and they completed everything quickly.



Recently, I had a flat tire, I spent over an hour at SEARS waiting for them to just take the car into the shop, with a 30-60 min estimate. After the first hour of waiting, I took the car over to Earthy cars and even though they were busy and closing soon, they took my car in and fixed it with in 15 mins.



Over all, fast service, nice employees, and reasonably priced.

I would suggest them to anyone, and prefer them over anyone else locally.

Adam and the staff at EarthCars have always been accommodating to me and have always provided top notch service. When I saw some negative reviews on here I was surprised. I think Adam is a very smart salesperson and that the prices EarthyCars offer are fair. They should stick by their prices. I would definitely recommend EarthyCars to anyone looking for a solid used car with the service to match.

I would never use these people again, either to buy a car or as mechanics. We bought our car here 4 months ago, it's now broken down 3 times in as many weeks, had to be towed twice, when we took it to them for repairs it took them 4 days to even get around to looking at it, and now it needs a whole new engine. Which apparently "doesn't surprise them" as they detected a problem last time that they not only didn't fix, but also only remembered to tell us about when it broke down this time. Needless to say we have taken our car elsewhere to be fixed now. They have not only completely ripped us off, but letting us drive a knowingly dangerous car without warning us of the problems they found, leading to us getting stuck in the snow on the side of the road in winter is DANGEROUS. All I can say is thank goodness no one was hurt.

I did ALOT of internet research, took the car for a test drive and sent it to my mechanic. When I was ready to negotiate I came in and sat down with Adam. He had a cocky attitude and stood by the internet price of the vehicle. I made a low offer but it was within range according to Edmunds and all the other appraisal sites. Adam tried to claim that Edmunds used "salvage" titles when proclaiming their prices. He was either ignorant or blowing smoke because you have to enter information particular to the vehicle you're researching in order to come up with a quote. I not only appraised the car, I did a true market value search. Bottom line is Earthy Cars did not even counter offer, they simply refused to come down on price on a car that had a scratched up dash, needed 4 tires and was the subject of 3 recalls and a lawsuit on faulty brakes. All fixable problems but worthy of a discount on price. I would have come up in price and he could have made a sale since I walked in with financing in hand. I know two other people shopping for cars so he also lost a few more references. A smart salesman would have negotiated or even tried to sell a different car to a customer. Do not go to these people!

My partner and I were looking to trade our car in for a newer car. After finding a car we liked we came up with a purchase agreement and went to the bank. After obtaining our loan we went to go trade our car in with the check and they refused to follow through with the deal, after offering us a price toward our trade. Looking elsewhere for a vehicle now. Don't waste your time- the service is unclear and not straightforward like it should be.

From the salesman giving me the bums rush, saying someone else wanted the same car and telling me to act fast, all the way to actually complaining about printing out the Carfax report for me, I have nothing good to say about these people. When I called up with questions about the car I was interested in, I was asked, “Look, do you want the car or not?” I had not yet done business with these people, and boy, am I glad!

I will never do business with Earth Cars ever again! I went in for something simple, I would hate to see how they treated me when I need major work done. I was made to feel as if my business did not even matter! The owner did not even get off the phone to check me out after my INSPECTION, but yet I still paid was not thanked, was not even spoken to the entire time. I also was told luckily I came early because someone would need to return if I had come any later, however they were still open. DO NOT GO IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT!

Terrible experience I will never buy a car from this guy again! Found out that car had been in a wreck AFTER buying it and taking it be looked at by a different mechanic. They also ruined my snow tires when they put my summers tires back on and didn’t offer to pay for them!!!! The snow tires were 4 month old and cost over $500 dollars.
