I brought in at least 20 items and they only picked the two skimpiest pieces of clothing over a handful of gorgeous, gently used dresses that would rock the fall weather. I even had a previous employee help me pick out what I should offer and they are just as disappointed.

Seriously never going here again. They are ridiculously picky about the clothes they take and when they do take something you hardly get reimbursed. Not to mention that the clothes they do accept and sell are hella strashy, ratchet, and geared towards 12 year olds. Not impressed.

If your looking to have your clothes stripped of all vale. Then by all means sell your clothes here. I have taken several different high priced items there only figure out that they take 40% of 40% o the items worth. That leaves you enough change to maybe buy a gumball. Over all I'm not pleased nor will I ever be.

My daughter likes this store but I really can't stand going there. The prices are a little too high for used stuff and I have a hard time dealing with the rude staff. The last time we went, we stood at the counter waiting for someone to help us and we were completely ignored while the girls had a gossipy conversation. I will buy brand new clothes from now on. Not worth my time.
