A month ago(July 03, 2016), my car lost power two times on Hwy 101. The car was towed to this shop. I stayed in a motel for two nights for the long weekend. In Tuesday, after these guys checked my car and reboot my car, I was told the problem is battery. They said the battery could have intermittent issue even the battery does not really show very low voltage. I did not really believe what they said(I suspect the problem is the alternator). So I decide to rent a car for my trip and leave the car for them to further check. Two weeks later, I came back to this shop and picked my car. I was still told that the problem is the battery. So I paid 428 dollars for the battery change and some test. After around 2 hours drive the car lost power again on I5(Disaster!)
