I reserved a room 3 weeks prior for my daughters 5th birthday. It went ok until we had customers across our room yell at a couple of my guests. i received a call from front desk about noise from our door slamming, and there was no weather stripping on the doors so if u open it and just let it close, it was loud. Having a party set in advance KNOWING there is a party going on and family going in and out to the pool or outside, why would they put workers next to us when there will be kids having fun, jumpin around in our room? well long story short, once i made my complaint they would not help AT ALL and they just said " sorry about your neighbors but we cant do anything". rating out of 1-10 is a 0. DONT GO! !
