After purchasing an expensive pair of boots from Dahlbergs I returned them a week later b/c they were defective. Both employees did not handle the situation professionally nor appropriately. I have worked retail for 10 years 6.5 of those years were in the footwear industry. The situaton was simple; apologize for having a subpar pair of boots on the shelf, offer politely to send them into the company, or for superior customer service; exhange them on the spot. None of these were done. What was done was successfully ridding a customer to their store for life. Word to the wise Dahlberg's...."It is cheaper to keep the customers you have, than to try to find new ones."

As soon as you walk in the door there is friendly sales staff waiting to help you with anything you have questions on. Its my secret spot for great cloths. They have sweet deals and trendy shirts, boots and even jeans. Love it! :)
