The Fireside Hearth and Home stone mason did poor stone work which caused delays and required him to come back 2 additional times to replace stones to make it look good. Once he was done, I talked with my salesman and scheduled the final setup and testing of the fireplace. I was then contacted by the other salesman Matt about the installation and that he was taking care of setting everything up. I told him that I couldn't be home for the installation and he insisted on me leaving the final payment on the mantle so the installer could take it back with him. I told him that I would like to see that everything is working and nothing is broken or missing before I make the final payment. I told him I would stop in the Montevideo store the next day and make the final payment. That's when I got read the riot act about how I needed to pay them and that I can't keep their money hostage. I finally got tired of being yelled at so I hung up. I was yelled at by both Wes (Stone installer) and Matt (Salesman) of Fireside Hearth and Home. We are finally done with the installation of the fireplace and Fireside Hearth and Home has been paid in full. We will never do business with them again.
