My girlfriend and I went out to eat for a date night and when we got there it took 10 min. just for the waiter to come and even ask us for our drinks and to get menu's. we both got a pop and he screwed up what kind of pop we ordered, we put our order in for our food, and sat there in waited and hour and a half. to get our food and we didn't even get our appitierizers which was the only reason we went there for. When we did get our food, our food was cold, and was not that good. My girlfriend asked the waiter if we could speek to a manager, when we told the manager what happened he said " well we have a volleyball tournement, and a poker game going on and they only have one cook on that night." He didn't even care that we were unhappy with our service. It was really rood and not good service at all, and the waiter was really rude to us.

Another time a group of us all went to the bowling alley to go bowling and the only place to get drinks was at the bar, I walked into the bar and went right up to the bartender and waited until he was done doing what ever on the register screen (it was the same kid as last time), he looked up at me, and walked away to go talk to the bartender, they both looked back at me while i stood there and waited for service. They both then went into the back kitchen room, while i just stood there. I was standing there for a good 15 min before the other bartender came back out (empty handed) and came up to me and said "have you been helped" I said "no". He asked for my drink order and I ordered two drinks and some appitizers, he gave me my drinks, and i didn't tip him at all for the rude service. later he brought me my appitizers and when he did he just sent them on the counter by my lane and didn't say anything to anyone saying they were here. Later my friend wanted something to eat and so we went to the bar to order it, this time there was a bouncher at the door, when we asked if we could order food because the kitchen was not closed anymore he said that we were not allowed into the bar because we were not of age. we said we just need food and we will get right back out, he gave a durty look and said fine go and stand right there at the bar (closest part to the door), so we did and it took forever to get one of the two waiters to come and get our order, and when he did he was really rude. when we were leaving the bouncher saw that once again i didn't put a tip down for the bad services, and he said to me as i was walking out "he aren't you going to leave a tip, for your bartender, for what he is doing:, I said " no, not for how he is treating me". He was not to happy but didn't say anything and i walked away.

I hate going to that place, i always feel unwelcomed and get really rude service. And everyone who works there is really young and don't give a crap about customer service. I wont eat there again.
