WCI also provides persons with disabilities with a variety of non-vocational life enrichment experiences. WCI partners with west central Minnesota businesses to provide jobs to over 250 clients annually. Skilled crews work onsite at community locations or at the WCI Willmar facility performing cleaning, packaging, assembly and disassembly, labeling, or paper shredding.
