I would like to thank EASTSIDE VOLKSWAGEN for the awesome service I received for my 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan. The people I had contact with were awesome and professional. This is my third or fourth visit with this dealership and every visit I had was a pleasant one. Matt is my service advisor and he talks to me as if we’ve known each other for years! He’s such an awesome guy! One thing which stood out with me was a small issue in which the engine coolant was low and the indicator was flashing just before I drove away from the dealership. I ran back into the place and told Matt about the flashing indicator and he called for a mechanic named Dave. Dave and I went to my car and I explained the issue to him. Dave pops up the hood and showed me that the container which holds the coolant was low. Dave went back to the service area and brought back some coolant and poured some into the container. After filling it, the indicator light went out...no more problems after that! I was also surprised that Dave gave me a bottle of coolant to keep in my car and he explained thoroughly how to pour in more, if needed. I gave Dave a hug and I was on my way! I read a few bad reviews from some customers and I am sorry that they had bad experiences with EASTSIDE VOLKSWAGEN. But, my recent visits with this dealership were awesome! Thank you EASTSIDE VOLKSWAGEN! And thank you, Matt and Dave! I will continue to make my visits there for service in the future.

I receive great service from all of the staff at Eastside Mazda especially my consultant Linell, he was very professional courteous and knowledgeable.

Out of all of the dealerships in the CLV area I ended up at this one first!!! I did not buy a car here however I had dealings w them unfortunately, the person that I dealt with a few time was Debra, I do suggest to steer clear of this one for sure, It took four emails, multiple texts and conversations for her to get me to come in there. {all along she told me I was already approved} she just sounded like a used car salesmen and that's why I was so hesitant to go in there for a few weeks not to mention the fact she was trying to get me to buy a car w 70 k miles for 17,000.00 a Nissan rouge in fact, however I was more interested in the sabb w 50 k miles for 9k(I asked to see the sabb 3times and they never did let me see it) I ran both cars on KELLY BLUE BOOK and on both cars they were several thousand dollars over fair market price, even the highest end of the fair market price, I showed my Kelly blue book print outs to Tammy {that's who I was dealing with at this time } she had the nerve to say they don't use KBB, come on everyone uses KBB!!!They are a very small dealership so they don't have much wiggle room , they pd 5k for the sabb on a trade in and were selling in for 10k.... it's a 2005, they offer a "FORE EVER WARRENTY" but let me tell you how they pay for that forever warranty, there cars are so over priced that warranty is just built into the over priced car.Never the less I did not buy a car from there THANK GOD! I went down the street and got a great deal w almost no money down. Lenders will only give what the car is worth or they will usually finance 95% of the market value of the car, If the car is worth 10k and the dealer wants 13k for it you have to put a down payment of 3k min, this place marks the cars up so much that with out a large down payment, ,never the less go some where else this place is a ripp off, these people are used car salesmen, its their job to screw you....don't let them, THERE ARE SO MANY great places in the area. They told me I was approved but they never said with 3 k down, I told them I wanted to put down 1000.0 at that point they couldnt help me, but the place down the street did .

I was in the market for a VW Passat. After some searching, I found more than one that I liked at Eastside. I wanted a TDI and I think they are the TDI Experts. I spoke to other dealers and many of them didn't know much. Totally different at Eastside, They knew the answers to All my questions and shared info with me I didn't think of.

I got a great price, and Great Service. I really can't say enough about how I was treated there. Even when I didn't buy the 1st time I came in they still treated me like I was buying 4 cars that day! After shopping the other dealers I realized it was a total waste of time. I bought my car at Eastside and I am 110% Satisfied.

HORRIBLE!!!! Stay away from this dealership!!! They are arrogant and dishonest. They do not honor their promises and treat customers with NO respect. All they care about is making money. They will go so far that they will agree to sell you a car and then they will take it back. We made agreement with them to purchase a car and while we were driving dealership to sign the paperwork (we were 30 min away) they sold the car to someone else for more money. We could not believe what we were hearing once we arrived. The worst thing is that this did not even seem to bother them at all and they only thing the owner, Pat DiCesare, had to say is I am sorry, but things like this happen. . My suggestion is, take your money some place more worth it.
