Horrible Customer Service... you are promised a certain time frame of delivery and when you communicate with the sales representatives they are totally rude. This company misleads their customers by selling fraudulent merchandise and service delivery dates

They have the best prices and the sales crew a great to work with they made the whole experience easy and fun

I went shopping for living room and bedroom set my salesperson was actually the manager Fred you treated me with such respect and kindness was very informative about all aspects of my furniture I also purchased a 10 year protection plan most of the other store only offered three or five year I'm so happy with my furniture it was delivered within a week they have a great selection of good quality furniture at unbeatable prices and for the best deal go and see Fred he is amazing

The salesman at the liquidation center on Chardon Rd. is very rude & lazy...He is a real douche bag with no customer svc skills whatsoever..... I wouldn't spend a dime with this guy
