What a HORRIBLE experience this was. Got a quote from Mentor office, but had to travel to Willoughby to see the Doctor. Was quoted 1 price for extraction, but for some reason between Mentor and Willoughby this changed. The dental hygienist decided to discuss the price change with me (of $40.00 difference) AFTER I had 2 shots of novocaine and informed me that if I didn't have the money right then and there, they would not pull my tooth which was causing me horrible pain. This was my worst experience EVER dealing with any medical/dental "professionals" in 41 years. I wouldn't recommend my dog to them!!
