My child has attended this center since infancy. It was lead by a wonderful and caring director whose priority was the children. It was always clean, well-maintianed and generally up-beat. Unfortunatly, that director is long gone as is the morale and the majority of the staff. They have gone through a succession of directors, each one worse than the one before. They are continually seriously understaffed and currently being led by an un-motivated immature director who shows little to no interest in the children under her care to the point of complete and total apathy. They are being warehoused and consequently are bored and unchallenged. Their census is down however, they still are not even adequatly staffed to meet the state minimum guidelines. It is IMPOSSIBLE to even determine who owns the center much less voice our valid concerns. The State of Ohio has been notified of my concerns and the safety issues and we have sought other childcare arrangements. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CENTER, OR THEIR CENTER IN CHARDON OR MENTOR as I believe they all have the same owner.
