Total rip off! Got short changed $10 which I didn't notice until I got home. (The change from my $50 was balled up with the receipt. Instead of $24 dollars, I had only been given back $14. I called the store right away. Associate manage, Brian, said he'd pull the draw, and for me to call back in 10 minutes. Of course, he said the drawer was 'spot on'. I told him that his employee must have taken the $10 out of the register after I left but he assured me that the cashier was a credible employee. He said the 'surveillance tapes' would be checked and he would have the store manager call me in the morning. You guessed it! No contact. Called store manager Dan (who said he was just about to call me?) and he also iterated that the drawer was spot on. Of course, he wasn't even there last night and assumes I am just trying to scam the store. If anyone knows about balancing a drawer, it's nearly impossible to do in 10 minutes time. I was never asked what the transaction # on my receipt was, nor the time stamp. Nor was I asked to provide a description of myself for when the tapes were supposedly checked. Big Lots, you got my $10 dollars but you've lost a customer! Hope it's all worth it! This wouldn't post without a star rating, so I had to check at least one star to get it through. I guess they don't expect any negative reviews....
