I would like to thank you for the opportunity to introduce you to Five Star Trucking, Inc Five Star was established in 1974 as an irregular route contract carrier with an eight western state authority. In 1977, with new ownership leading the way, Five Star began its solid growth from $1.5 million to $24 million. After this rebirth, Five Star has grown into a 48 state contract carrier. Five Star's continuous growth in size and respectability is due mainly to living up to the principle of doing what the other carriers are unable to do. This pride and performance have led the way to a profitable, safe, and successful experience in the transportation field. Our standards are as high as any in the trucking industry and we are continually looking for ways to better serve our customers. Thirty years ago, Five Star Trucking was purchased by the Gramc Family. It was a vision that was shared by John and Julie Gramc. We have been through good times and rough seas, but have continued in that spirit to continue for 30 years. The success of Five Star can be attributed to good business sense and loyalty of employees, customers and owner operators. We celebrate the past thirty years and would like to thank all who were involved in our evolution and progress. I am proud to be a part of this organization.
