There are four amenities in the spa area; steam room, sauna whirlpool and swimming pool. The club is incapable of maintaining this area to the level that all four are working at the same time. Since they took over the club one or more units are always out of service. They are a 24 hour club but have actually reduced the spa hours making it difficult for those that work evenings or weekends. I just left there and the steam room and whirlpool were both down(again).

The Red Fitness facility in Willoughby, Oh is a very unhealthy environment in which to work out. Equipment is never cleaned, floors are never cleaned and Men's locker room stinks. I had been going there 3 times a week for the last 20 months and have seen no improvement in cleanliness since Red Fitness 24/7 took the facility over from Ballys. All of the members I have talked to complain about the lack of cleanliness of the facility and the lack of clean, fresh air. I for one have signed up as a member with Fitworks here in Willoughby, Oh. It's clean, locker rooms smell nice and the facility is well managed!
