Doug and the team at JF Morgan & Sons managed my property for 6 years. They ensured the house was rented for all but three weeks out of those 6 years, and the tenants they screened were acceptable and did not damage the property. JFM&S was very prompt with my requests, and always listened to my concerns when I raised them. I ultimately ended up going with JFM&S when I decided to sell my property and they handled that flawlessly. I cannot give these people high enough praise. If you are looking for an honest, no nonsense company to manage your investments, I highly recommend Doug and his team. You won’t be disappointed.
