Rude office. Made the appointment. Address with insurance is in Concord. Called back to make sure where at. She stated Willoughby only. Could not find the office, thought mapquesting would be sufficient. Called because could not find, and she stated they always offer directions, and she did not. Very rude treatment. Stated she was charging me for no show. It was not my fault I could not find the office, and she offered no directions, nor landmarks, but stated she does no wrong so it is my fault. Very rude about another appointment so I made none. Told me to perhaps find something closer. There is a limit to certain doctors in certain areas which is unfair treatment to expect me to stay in my location for.

that this is the best doctor I know!!!!! He did both my knees and my shoulder, Plus my Mom's hip, thumb and knee, He is a great doctor.
