Craig was a very rude man on the phone. I am in the process of purchasing a Mercedes GL450, which is not a cheap car and because I live in Lorain County and they are in Cuyahoga County he would not even talk to me regarding the car and was very rude on the phone. I would NEVER purchase a car from this company!!!
