I hope you have four wheel drive living here unless you want to slide right into a busy street from a death trap of a driveway/parking lot. Several people have gotten stuck inside there parking spaces. the hallways are horrendous, rarely ever cleaned (with the exception of the office building) and when they are its bc the owners are visiting or one of the residents cant take it anymore. Daily stench of drugs and smashed cigarettes throughout hallways. maintenance is a joke its one man for 80 units it took from august to November for me to get a new oven bc mine broke. in winter 2013 my heat turned off and they didn't come fix it for two days yet at the same time my neighbor had a plugged toilet that very day they came and fixed that. horrible upkeep of landscaping. children with absolutely no supervision throwing rocks at squirrels and birds and bisecting them, police here every other day usually more than 2 or 3 cop cars... loud neighbors. The landlord is a good women but does not do what needs to be done. Way over priced my apartment is a 2 bedroom no amenities, pink bathroom tiles and kitchen, metal cabinets you get the jest of it for $697 a month which is the low end of the rent cost here, no amenities just a dump! The only pro LOCATION.
