They could not be more pleasant and helpful. Nice to deal with an individual who is interested in making my choices and satisfaction their priority. I highly recommend them.

Do not take your business to this shop! I needed a cooling fan / heat sink for my Presario, so I called this shop. They said they had the part and to come straight over. At the store, they would not sell the part to me directly, but said I would have to pay them to do the installation and for the fan. Also, Classic Computers insisted on charging a diagnostic fee of $45 despite my having already identified the problem. Would not work on the computer right away, and would make no promises as to when work would be completed. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. AVOID Classic Computers, they wasted my time and were only interested in running the bill up as high as they could!
