I would give this store zero stars if I could. This Jared's was an absolute disaster to deal with. My fiance bought my engagement ring at a Jared's in Columbus, OH. I took it to the Willow Grove store to get sized. The two gentlemen (an older, white gentleman and a 30s-ish Asian gentleman) were rude, condescending and failed at finding information about my ring. They even questioned that I was spelling my future husband's name correctly. When we took the ring to another Jared's store later, the record of the ring was easily found. These two gentlemen at the Willow Grove store were unprofessional, incompetent, and unfit to deal with the public. While I do like my ring, this experience has caused my fiance and I to purchase our wedding rings and all future jewelry somewhere other than Jared's or Kay's (Kay's is owned by the same company). Good riddance Jared and I hope the men I encountered find a suitable job sitting in a basement not interacting with the general public.
