Awesome! Great job cleaned everything. Very friendly and professional and courteous. Will definitely use them again in the future.

My mom is, at 82 years, still a sharp cookie. However; she needs a little help with the heavy duty type of house cleaning or in her case a modest size one bedroom apartment. So enticed by Maid to Perfection's advert which promised "Deep Cleaning" agreed to have them give her apartment this so called deep cleaning. Two young women spent 2 hours supposedly cleaning while mom went for a long walk. upon returning she paid them $126.00. Well mom was unpleasently surprised to find that the cleaning girls did virtually no cleaning at all. Myself and a friend went to the apartment and found dirt and dust everywhere. I do not know what the cleaners did for two hours but it was, to put it kindly, one miserable excuse for a "deep cleaning" job perhaps they should phrase it "Weak Cleaning". Mom called to complain so MTP sent out two other cleaners who arrived with an old vacuum with no cleaning attachments and a raggity old broom. She told them to just forget it. Since then mom hired a woman who cleaned and left the apartment sparkling clean including the windows and blinds and behind and under the furniture which is what MTP was supposed to do and she only charged mom $75.00. I believe Maid to Perfection took advantage of a senior citizen and that the cleaning staff is poorly trained in the art of cleaning. My advice is this: Stay away from this cleaning service especially you seniors. They are a "Deep Rip-off".

I agree with the prior review. We also had a "deep cleaning" and the cleaning was not thorough or complete and many items were missed, including cleaning upstair banister and staircase, door and window ledges and frames, These were items that should be included in a deep cleaning, especially in light of the fee. For those items that they did clean, the cleaning was adequate but not exceptional, and we did not get that great sense when you walk into your home and everything sparkles from a professional cleaning. This cleaning was more akin to what I would do if I did not work full-time.



I will not likely use this service again.

Today I had 2 young women out to do a "deep clean" of my home or as I like to put it, Spring cleaning. They were very pleasant and were armed with all the essential cleaners however, when all was said and done I did notice a few things that were overlooked. Ceiling fans, window wells, doors and walls were just a few of the items I thought the fee included. They were here 2 hours and although the house looked and smelled clean these items I think should have been cleaned as well.

Overall, the work was good but I wouldn't say thorough. I'm not sure I will use them again or not until I speak with their representative about the missed areas. Since this was my first time ever to have a cleaner out to my home there were several friends who did think their rates were high but when I mentioned everything that I thought was going to be done and how they would be here no matter how long it took to do everything, I felt it was worth the fee. Now, I'm wondering.

A very poorly run cleaning service. Company owner never asks for feedback or rating of service. They do not clean woodwork, cabinets, corners; do not vacuum under furniture; do not move items to dust, dust around knick knacks and do not dust all surfaces, do not properly clean kitchen floors--often look worse than before they came; rush thru the light cleaning they accomplish so they can get to their next job.
