Crappy staffing n people running the place

Saturday 11:30 not busy, waitress was friendly, place was not crowded. Large portions of food. Great atmosphere and delicious food. Highly recommend for lunch on a Saturday. Parking was open no problem. A bit pricey, First time dining experience, we ordered the light turkey sandwich and beef was marvelous friends had burgers. Everything was great!

We've been going to Railhead since it opened. I do like them, but have a few comments to make lately. The male food runner needs to be retrained. The place where he picks up the food is really in the main bar area so its easy customers to see this. I've seen him several times over a few visits, wipe his face and arms with a towel and then pick up food, cupping his hand over the dish. Also, I'm not a fan of letting people use their vapor machines in there. This should be cut out and enforced. I suppose its a parent's right to park a child at the bar or bar area, but I don't feel its proper for a child to be left in the bar playing games on a phone (being babysat by a bar and a phone). Get a babysitter or stay at home.

Worst BBQ in Texas chopped sand was tough and burned. We threw them away.

The service and the servers are five star (*****)! The BBQ is a 3 1/2 therefore the rating is a four.

Great food nice atmosphere and good music!
