Wonderful customer service. Great work, reasonably priced, and fast turn around! She has altered 100+ items for our family and we have been happy with everything.

This lady did my wedding dress for $70. Which was very reasonable. More recently she did a bridesmaid dress for a friend that had minor alterations in length and in shoulders for $40 reasonable, she also did two bridesmaid dresses for $40 which is very reasonable yet pricing doesn’t seem consistent, at the same time she did a bridesmaid dress for me, let me just mention it was the same dress which the dress cost me $100, she charged me $80 for minor alterations! This blew my mind. The inconsistency and the lying is completely unacceptable. When I questioned her on it she was of course in no wrong. I continued to explain how inconsistent and not right this is. She refused to do anything about it. I then let her know that her customer service is far from decent and that I assured her I would not be using her services nor recommending her to anyone, she continued to yell at me over the phone and tell me she does care and that she has enough clients and proceeds to hang up on me. With that said and needless to say, I’m warning you all to never use this business. They are inconsistent and are not fair in anyway with their pricing and when you want alterations done a certain way she refuses to consider your request and she does it the way she wants. Horrible service!!!
