I bought a new furnace costing $4500. in 2014. In March of 2016 I was having trouble, I was getting cold air thru the vents even when the furnace was not running. They came and checked it out and found nothing wrong but that didn't help the problem. They came back and put a new part in and that still didn't help the problem. They returned and put a new thermostat in and to no avail. I still had the problem. They finally decided a rock hit the coil inside the furnace and all the Freon leaked out. They had to replace the coil. The coil was covered under the warranty so that didn't cost anything, they gave me credit for the part I didn't need and didn't charge me for the Freon but the bill still totaled over $700.00, that was for labor alone. I am very unhappy with the whole situation and I will not call them back to work on anything under any circumstance. Dorothy Bock, Houston, Missouri.
