I thought my system was dead. Bill was able to manually edit the registry and had me up and running again. He didn't even try to sell me anything I didn't need. Would recommend Black Dog Tech to my mother.

Pros: got an appointment right away

A small business owner offering a much needed local service.

Cons:

Was not familiar with the device we were trying to fix and the interfaces with phone, wifi, etc

Worked on other jobs while he was assisting us, letting time clock run up

In the end, did not fix the problem or offer a solution.

Charged full rate and we left with the same problem we came in with.

The best place to take your computer when it needs help. I've used Black Dog a few times and he has always fixed the problem. Need tech advice? Go to Black Dog!! Bill has always fixed the problem and the rates are reasonable.
