I called around to about 5 service shops in the area for a brake job, and T&J was the most reasonable by far. I must admit, I was a little skeptical about the job they would do considering the price. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The work was done with no issues and I have more than a few extra $$$ in my pocket for Mother's Day. I recommend T&J to anyone looking for great service at an affordable price.

I have been buying gas from this shell station for many years but have never used their repair facility. One day driving home from work my car stalled while driving. I called Tom and Jerry's to use their 24 hour towing service. They towed my car back to the shop where they were able to fix it right away. I have recommend them to my family and friends and now is the only place I go to, to get my car work on and serviced.

Terrible service. If you can even call it that.My husband and I needed our car towed to a local tire and lube shop to have a tire repaired. Our insurance agency contacted the emergency road side assistance, who then contacted the closest available towing company. That towing company was Tom and Jerry's Shell. The driver, Joel, broke our transmission line when he hooked up the car. Upon arrival at the shop, our car was leaking transmission fluid everywhere. That was the first problem. The second problem came from the manager, Mark, at Tom and Jerry's Shell being completely unwilling to help us as we requested. Since the tire and lube shop did not offer transmission services, we wished to have the car towed to a shop that did. Mark only offered to bring the car to Tom and Jerry's and repair it there. We were not comfortable with that, since their tow driver obviously did not even know how to properly attach a tow line. We wanted a more reputable business to fix our car, and have Tom and Jerry's pay for the repairs and any other costs related to the breakage of the transmission line. My husband expressed this to Mark, but Mark's response was both defensive and personally insulting to my husband.This company is disrespectful, unprofessional, and not worth your time and money. Stay as far away from this place as possible!

Poor service!!!! Very loose with the truth!! Unethical tow driver and their estimate and their "story" changes midstream - then the invoice for repairs was not itemized and they would not break down hours of labor or services. BEWARE!!!! Would give ZERO stars if possible.

Avoid these guys at all cost! Tow truck driver(s) are almost always involved in some sort of road rage. Witnessed multiple times, including an occurence of sending a driver into a ditch for sutting into lane without sig nal, did not bother to turn arfound and help. When you call the company they swaree at you and hang up.it really is sad for a business to be ran this way.. no integrity. DO NOT USE OR REFER THESE GUYS! They do not deserve our hard earned dollars!

After working 12 hrs. at Chicago Hospital (can't go home early)because we have patients to take care, I dare to go home to Willowbrook. It was scary indeed but driving 5-10 miles /hr. I reached Kingery HW but stuck right in front of the Shell Station. People come and go, Private tow trucks come and go with no help to get, Finally a Willowbrook police stopped by and never left till I got out of the big pile of snow(THANK YOU). My husband came to pick me up but we did not have a choice but to leave our minivan on the street off 75th in a safe area that will not obstuct any traffic. We cannot enter any parking because of the snow.We went back the next day to pick up our minivan but already towed by Tom and Jerry so I told myself that was so nice of them. We went inside to thank them but instead we were charged for towing $200., the car was just on their street A RIPOFF esp. with the blizzard we just had.I'm sure they made a lot of money but it was very disappointing.

Had my vehicle in and was never called,called in next day "Chris" would call me. Call me after lunch, "chris" goes home at 2, Don't know if your care is finished. When I attempt to explain my dissatisfaction to "Brent" he told me not to yell at him and hung up on me. Can you believe that he hung up on me. I have been driving and owning cars for thirty years and I never had such rotten service.

My truck has broken down about 2 blocks from them. They very professionally (no chains or dragging my truck along, actually put onto a bed) loaded my truck up. The driver named Terry was very friendly and professional and I asked to take it to his shop. He looked it over and turned out it was a very minor problem that I myself could fix in 5 minutes. After a long story, I asked for them to release my car the next morning and I fixed it myself to save money. They only charged me for the towing, not even the diagnostic or the 2-day storage. Even the non-mechanic workers were friendly.I would highly recommend them because they are very honest and professional.
