I called Saturday afternoon to ask when would be a good time to come bowling with my 5-year-old and 3-year-old kids (they've never bowled before). They told me to come Sunday at 10:30am and ask for Bob. When I got there Sunday morning the place was completely packed and I was told they wouldn't have any free lanes available "until at least 9pm." Bob was nowhere to be found and the man behind the desk was curt, brusque, and unsympathetic. He said I should call ahead first to make sure they didn't have any leagues bowling. Considering that's EXACTLY what I did the day before, I will not be returning to Willowbrook Lanes.
