Don't know where to start. This used to be one of my top three diners. While not a fan of their pizza, subs, salads, wings, sides were always very good. And the floor help was fantastic (90% of them). Pleasant, helpful, very nice. Prices were more than acceptable. Even after prices increased a bit it was still very good. While in need of renovation, was always clean. Has a couple nice TVs to watch some sports or whatever while eating in. Never had a problem with order.



Now - just in last few months, especially the last couple - things have plummeted seriously. Orders are wrong more often than not. Floor help with just a couple exceptions is a joke. It's like (other than those exceptions) that taking your order or doing something extra is an extreme chore. Plus it is obvious that staff has been reduced so floor workers also working kitchen so waiting time to order is longer, to get checked on is longer, whole process is stretched out.



The most glaring problem has been management or ownership causing some of their BEST employees to leave and in other cases firing those very employees. (In one case I was advised by another employee that it was because the owner didnt like her persona ally - come on, the owner is in like one night a week). And the replacements are terrible. Literally seem to not want to work. Drag their feet. Have major attitudes in some cases.



I basically don't go there at all anymore. My girlfriend was very friendly with one who was chased out and one who was fired, but still likes (or tries to) a couple their subs and their wings but so we get take out now and then, but she has learned to check order before leaving parking lot as the replaced kitchen help is equally bad.

I had the opportunity to order three days in a row from calas because they delivered and I was healing from surgery, and unable to drive. Day one I ordered a pound of boneless honey mustard wings and onion rings. Onion rings were amazing, and wings had good flavor, but had to have them replaced due to hair in them, www-! Day two ordered a steak and cheese sub with mushrooms and onions and onion rings, both were good, so I figured, yay-! Day three ordered loaded nachos with chicken and onion rings... once again great onion rings...but cold undercooked chicken with only cheese sauce with a couple olives tossed on now soggy gross tortillas... no onions nothing...wow. called and was told that's how they come. I mentioned what was on the menu an was told I could just get a credit for next time. I had to beg for a replacement item immediately, very poor service. I was truly disappointed...never again

I've gone to this pizza shop for years & have NEVER been disappointed. It's pizza the way pizza should be!

For a tiny little restaurant tucked into a corner of a small plaza, Calas has, without a doubt, the best pizza I have ever tasted.

I love their pizza - I come from an Italian family who made pizza from scratch and this is the same flavor and crispiness as my grandmothers! YUM!
