If there was a rating any lower than one this daycare would get it. When my son and I went to take our tour I was optimistic, the daycare isn't fancy or state of the art but it feels like "Aunties house" and the staff seemed to care. Upon arrival my son was showered with affection and attention and maybe that distracted me from things I might have normally asked questions about like the TV in the common area or the lack of educational information posted in the classrooms. If you don't mind spending your hard earned money to have your child sit in front of a TV all day....literally all day or bringing them home and hearing them recite the latest rap hit before they can say their ABC's then this is the daycare for you. I asked multiple times for the curriculum in my sons 2 year old classroom so that I could work on the same things at home and the response that I would get was that they were "waiting to get it together" like how hard is it to tell me what a two year old is working on. This daycare has all inclusive hours and that was also another part of the appeal but when you say you provide breakfast lunch and dinner and it's after 7:30 and my child hasn't eaten anything since 11am lunch and a 3pm snack I'm sorry but that's unacceptable. The second shift staff is even worse than the first shift! Allowing the five year olds to control what content is played for the classroom. I've walked in multiple times to the kids watching vines or inappropriate (in my opinion) YouTube videos. My son was there for about three months and I knew I needed to pull him out. I had informed them of my plans to remove my son from their facility and paid up until that point but because of the unexpected passing of my mother I had to pull my child out immediately and after trying to reach the director for the last 2 months literally calling everyday and having the person running say she would get back to me (which never happened) I've just received a partial refund.
