Let me start by saying, Don't sign anything until you see the apartment. We weren't allowed to see our apartment until we moved in because it needed a lot of work. They are VERY small. Over the summer we have killed over 20 spiders. People drive like idiots in the parking lot. A lot of people park here for days at a time even though they are not residents, which leaves the residents struggling to find a space. The maintenance people aren't great. In the summer your apartment will get up too 100 degrees with the AC and they'll just tell you to buy a bunch of fans... We had to have our bathtub stopper fixed and it still isn't fixed and we reported the problem 2 weeks after we moved in. If you're by a laundry room , you will hear pipes rattling all the time, and its sounds like someone is knocking. I am overall Not please with this apartment, and as soon as our lease is up we are moving.
