recently remodeled many of the units "if you dare call it a remodel" They ripped out the carpeting and replaced it with fake hardwood , put in granite counter-tops "Why" and increased the rent by $160 a month. The entire complex is riddled with roaches and mold. (they do cover it with paint for the new Tenants) The guy in charge of maintaining heating/air plumbing is either lazy or incompetent as most every unit has suffered severe water damage due to leaky pipes and faulty air conditioning units and I am pretty sure when you do file a work order he just tosses it in the trash as I've lived here 3 years and had to do 90% of my own repairs even after several visits to the office to complain about issues.

Simply put The only reason I live here is because when I moved in 3 years ago a 2 bedroom was only $575 (now forced to pay an extra $100 for the same unit without being renovated. and if the owner thinks a granite counter-top is worth an extra $200 a month he/she is sadly mistaken.
